Australian heavy rockers Airbourne stopped by to destroy Sugar Nightclub last Tuesday, with BC band The Wild opening up the night.
Concertgoers were treated to a night of vintage influence, from AC/DC to ZZ Top and more. The beer was flowing, with Airbourne frontman Joel O’Keeffe smashing no less than five cans of Pabst Blue Ribbon on his head and spraying it across the crowd.
Airbourne last came to Victoria in 2014, exploding seemingly out of nowhere to take over the main stage at Rifflandia Festival. It was a treat to see them perform in a nightclub setting, fully taking advantage of the lighting and rowdy atmosphere.
