Mike Edel may call Seattle his home now, but he will always be a Victorian in our hearts. He returns to the intimate settings of the Copper Owl of to launch a winter/spring tour.

Mike’s approach to making music is exceedingly personal and is a very honest reflection of himself. His music is emotionally charged with both pain and beauty. His last album India, Seattle was one of our favourite albums of 2015. We’ve heard whispers that new music from Mike is on the horizon.

Joining Mike Edel on this 20 stop tour is Edmonton’s Scenic Route To Alaska, who’ll be spending the early part of March touring in support of their new record, Tough Luck. Their last stop before heading for the Garden City is at Austin’s SXSW Festival.

Scenic Route To Alaska self-describe as “prairie indie.” The trio — made up of Trevor Mann, Shea Connor, and Murray Wood — are no strangers to touring, with several Canadian and European tours under their belt.

Local singer-songwriter, Kirsten Ludwig will be joining Mike Edel and Scenic Route to Alaska for the March 21st, 2018 show at The Copper Owl.

Each song in Kirsten Ludwig’s extensive catalogue is reflective and deeply personal. Often set to lush dark tones and indie folk structure that come to life when performed to an audience.

Lately Kirsten Ludwig has been working on her upcoming record due out Kathryn Calder’s Oscar St. Records in the near future.
