Let the Love In at Alix Goolden Hall

The second annual Let the Love In concert, helmed by Victoria trio of awesomeness Fox Glove — Claire Butterfield, Chelsea Kanstrup, and Renn Madeleine Bibeau — brought together a sold out crowd at Alix Goolden Hall, along with Vancouver’s Twin Bandit and the newly un-hiatused Towers and Trees.

There was an emcee time loop, there was angelic beat poetry, and there was a special appearance by The Choir, all wrapped up in a wonderfully realistic west coast hug, complete with driftwood, river rocks, and light-up clouds.

The whole event was put on by the Fox Glove ladies, with partial proceeds going to Learning through Loss, a local nonprofit which supports youth through grief and loss education.
